You can dpkg-reconfigure debonf to change questions settings
You can also apt-get remove --purge slapd
This will also desinstall sourceforge

Unfortunatly slapd don't reconfigure, the only thing to do is either:
-completly purge the package
-recreate ldap.conf by hand

/usr/lib/sourceforge/bin/install-ldap.sh reset reinitialize ldap db
but is not able to recreate ldap.conf

You can send a bug report to ask the reconfiguration feature to be
implemented :-)
