This problem occurs with last postgresql version

Roland made a corrected version of install-db.sh in the CVS for 2.6
but I don't know exactly what was the problem.

There are still in 2.6 some incomplete things for upgrade from 2.5
that delayed me to upload a corrected version.
I hope this will be possible on monday
