Summary:  wrong charset for html="ko"

Original Submission: The charset for Korean is set wrong.
If I choose language to Korean, its charset is set as follows:

<!-- Server: Sourceforge --><HTML
lang=ko><HEAD><TITLE>Sourceforge: Welcome</TITLE>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=ks_c_5601-1987">

At the last line, ks_c_5601-1987 should be replaced to euc-kr

Thanks...

Sorry, this was done by apache server side.
By setting AddDefaultCharset, I could fix the problem. If anyone get a problem
for charset, use this directive to set the default charset for all request.
This is very useful for double byte character users...

Anyway, you can close this bug. ;-)

Thanks~~
