Summary:  savannah_* themes change page title

Original Submission:  The page titles are gotten from the $sys_name variable.  
The new savannah_* themes break this rule, and use a hardcoded "Savannah" 
instead, thus luring people into believing they are using Savannah while they 
are using Debian Sourceforge.
