[Debian-sf-devel] difference between 2.5 & 2.6?

What is the difference between 2.5.x and 2.6.x?

Personally I didn't tested 2.5.x very much but recalling my
experience before, I don't think they differ in most cases.

Can anyone please let me know those features that 2.5.x is missing
or the difference?

And I would like to work on i18n for 2.5.x if it is okay...

I know it is stable version and no more patches would be merged except
bug but the i18n patch does not affect the basic functionality
& 2.5.x has too many hardcoded messages.
