Fle3 version 1.5.0 released. New feature: teacher's announcement blog.

Fle3 is a web-based pedagogical tool for collaborative learning. Fle3 is 
designed to support learner and group centered work that concentrates on 
creating and developing expressions of knowledge. Fle3 is a Zope product and 
released under GPL.
