Fixed the poke regression introduced with yesterday's change, related to
PIC compilation. Everything should work now. Sorry for the little mess.
New Jitter tag v0.9.222. Updated poke submodules, plus a few trivial
buils system changes in poke.

I also removed the jitter LIBADD from poke/Makefile.am. The app doesn't
need to link with jitter at all.
