Hello.

As requested by the poke friends I have added a way to build Jitter and
its generated files with -fvisibility=hidden . This is enabled via a
new Jitter configure option, --enable-visibility-hidden , or by default
when all of the following are true:
* the binary format is ELF;
* the compiler is GCC, at least version 4;
* Jitter is in sub-package mode.

Updated poke's jitter submodule. New tag v0.9.234 .

Regards,

I support everyone's freedom of mocking any opinion or belief, no
matter how deeply held, with open disrespect and the same unrelented
enthusiasm of a toddler who has just learned the word "poo".
