In order to support Haiku I had to fix a minor detail in the vm-main
template, which is used by some Jitter examples but not by Poke. 64-bit
Haiku now works perfectly.
32-bit Haiku does not, but it is based on GCC 2.95 which might be
difficult to support anyway. Someday I would like to try Jitter with
GCC 3, if not 2.
