[Jitter v0.9.276] Jitter build system incompatible changes

Hello.

Bruno and Alfred made me notice that I was polluting the AC_ namespace
in Autoconf macros.  I fixed that by renaming macros in jitter.m4 , plus
a few other related things.  This of course means that AC_JITTER and
AC_JITTER_SUBPACKAGE are now renamed; I chose the somewhat clumsy prefix
JITTER_, in order to prevent clashes.

configure.ac updated in poke, jitter submodule updated, new tag v0.9.276,
bootstrapped with success.
