I don't understand this. You run the start.bat to start the Zope
application server. After that the server keeps on running and you
don't need to do anything in the command line. Just point your browser
to http://localhost:8080/manage (or other port, if you use another
port in your Zope configuration) and login as the Zope administrator.

After this you can create a new FLE environment using the web
interface. At that point you can specify the FLE administrator account
name and password.

You can send the file to me personally (not to this list). I will
check it and add it to our demo server, where you can then check it
out and see if it look ok.
