I have no idea how far the product line goes, or what the differences between the speakers are, but I have found that the monitors are some of the best speakers you'll ever hear.

It didn't take too much thought to decide on that. The standard iPod, of course, has a laptop hard-drive in it, and the iPod mini has a micro-drive, the Shuffle doesn't have a display.
that's pretty convinient. Natively supports a cross fader which is kind of a nice feature. If you've had this issue, you know it's really frustrating.
