[Freeipmi-devel] Major symbol exporting problem

Symbols in libfreeipmi are colliding with other libraries.  In
particular everything in xmalloc.c.

There are several ways to fix this, but temporarily, I have decided to
do a search and replace on the function names.

We can debate the proper way to deal with this later, and if we need to
rename other functions.
