[Freeipmi-devel] ipmipower: pulse diagnostic interrupt and soft os shutdown

Hey everyone,

Added these power control commands to ipmipower.  I don't have an IPMI
system that supports a soft OS shutdown, so I can only assume the
command actually works.  If someone has a system that supports it and
doesn't mind doing a test, that'd be great.  Just run:

> ipmipower -h foohost -u foouser -p foopassword --soft
