| Interesting, I faced this same search quite recently. I settled on
| Doxygen and I must say I am quite satisfied with it.

| If you prefer pure GNU I believe cxref can do much of the same work,
| although the result is not as flashy.

Both of these tools have GNU Emacs extension and are under GNU GPL
license. Doxygen seems more mature and actively maintained.
