Summary: ipmi-dcmi 1.2.5 does not support the DCMI 1.5
definition of "Mandatory Platform Attributes" DCMI Capabilities Parameter
                 Project: GNU FreeIPMI

Details:

ipmi-dcmi (v1.2.5) goes into a long request loop (before eventual timeout)
when the "--get-dcmi-capability-info" response for the "mandatory platform
attributes" parameter returns 5 bytes (per Table 6-3 of the DCMI 1.5 spec) and
eventually returns the error message:
"ipmi_cmd_dcmi_get_dcmi_capability_info_mandatory_platform_attributes: session
timeout"

Solution:
Update tmpl_cmd_dcmi_get_dcmi_capability_info_mandatory_platform_attributes_rs
definition in ipmi-dcmi-cmds-templates.h to include full DCMI 1.5 compliant
5-byte parameter.
