[Freeipmi-users] Help to Install guile 1.6

Hi All,

I am new to ipmi. I hope you guys can give me a hand.

Question 1:

I am trying to use freeipmi on redhat 7.3 and Dell 2850 power edge. Could
this be possible? 

I do not know why I get the following error.

[.libs]# ./bmc-watchdog -g -D
ipmi-semaphores.c: 40: ipmi_mutex_init: errno (2): expression failed
ipmi-kcs-interface.c: 105: ipmi_kcs_io_init: errno (2): expression failed
bmc-watchdog: _init_ipmi: No such file or directory

Question 2:

I am using redhat 7.3. I need to upgrade to guile 1.6 in order to use
freeipmi but I got many errors from rpm. How can I do this upgrade?

[freeipmi]# rpm -Uvh guile-1.6.4-11.i386.rpm guile-devel-1.6.4-11.i386.rpm
