Yes, there is, you can use bmc-config.
> /usr/sbin/bmc-config --commit -k
"LAN_Channel:Volatile_Access_Mode=Always_Available"

"LAN_Channel:Non_Volatile_Access_Mode=Always_Available"
Doing this on the command line may look confusing. You may wish to
instead checkout a bmc configuration file, edit it, and recommi.
