I agree with Dmitry's earlier e-mail, something's a little strange. 
Everything on that board is "unknown" or 0.

I know that IPMI works on atleast some motherboards in that line of
motherboards from Supermicro.  You have to purchase the additional IPMI
daughter card though.  If you've purchased one, maybe it's not seated
properly??  I know they can fall out easily.  We've sometimes seen them
completely fall out of the slot when moving the machine around.
