Hey Won,

Currently FreeIPMI does not handle this functionality.
Receiving/handling SNMP traps is usually handled by SNMP software, so we
have (currently) elected not to write anything in FreeIPMI to handle it.

You may want to checkout other software like net-snmp to see if it can
do what you need.
