Won,

You'll need BIOS, BMC and FRUSDR for the IBM x343 (same as Intel
TSRLT2).
Intel has those downloads posted at intel.com under TSRLT2.

However, IBM may have a System Update Package (SUP) for that, which
would be better, because the IBM FRUSDR has some IBM custom part numbers
included, and also it bundles the BIOS/BMC/FRUSDR together.  That should
be downloadable from ibm.com.
