FreeIPMI needs the gcrypt library to be built.  You'll need to install
it.

I'm a little confused with the question.  You need to run ./configure in
order to compile.  After running configure successfully, you run 'make'
to compile the program.  Then you'll be able to use bmc-watchdog.
