[fxscintilla-announce] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.46.2

I'm pleased to announce the release of FXScintilla 1.46.2.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.46.1):
- FXScintilla is now compatible with both FOX 1.0 and 1.1 branches (bug
  #581)
- Scintilla notifications are now sent to the FXScintilla widget first,
  which forwards them to the target if any.
- Distibution available under tar.gz and zip forms
- Win32: corrected the dll projects (bug #580)
- Cut'n paste bug corrected (bug #582)
- Enhanced the example test.cpp.
