Greetings!  I think I have fixed the unexecmacosx.c for gcl.  I now
have working dumpable lisp images.  We had native object relocation
for the ppc mach-o binary format, but this obviously needs updating
for intel.  I am in need of 1) intel mach-o linker guru advice, and 2)
hopefully some mac kernel expert who can explain what is wrong with
sbrk().  We cannot smoothly expand memory in a contiguous fashion, but
must allocate the huge maximum at the beginning and for eternity.
