I do not understand why you want to have a fork on github. Not only github is not a good repository (see
http://www.gnu.org/software/repo-criteria.html for more details), what you are doing can be dangerous since it could spread the community around two different projects while the main goal of Gneural Network is to keep all of us together to work on one big project and synchronize our effort to obtain something advanced and useful for the community. We are even in the process of creating a git repository (on savannah) and VERY soon it will be up and running. Anyway, this is my opinion and you are free to do whatever you prefer with this (very preliminary piece of) code.
