gnokii 0.4.0pre17

Hi,

The next prerelease of gnokii is out. The highlights of the pre17 version:
 o we moved to savannah
 o gnokiid finally working
 o windows port working (cygwin at the moment, dlls to come)
 o Bozo and Markus get in the gnokii team
