hi,

i tried using the latest CVS dated 20020415. it did compile OK...

my configuration is :
OS : redhat linux 7.2
phone : Nokia 3390
network : cingular(California, US)

/etc/gnokiirc :
port = /dev/ttyS0
model = 6110
connection = serial
# require_dcd = 1 (COMMENTED)


my command from the shell is :
#echo "testing" | gnokii --sendsms +14155332986

the response was :
GNOKII Version 0.4.0pre17
Please enter SMS text. End your input with <cr><control-D>:SMS Send failed 
(Unhandled frame
received, please see the log!)
