gnokii 0.4.0pre19

Hi,

There's another pre release. Sorry for the mess with not compiling pre18.
All the issues regarding missing files are fixed for now. Addidionaly
problem with gnokii returning error when sending SMS should be fixed.

Remember to run autoconf and autoheader when you are getting the source
from the CVS.
