Hi,

the new gnokii 0.4 version is a lot more verbose on stdout:
address@hidden/510]:~$ echo "testsms" | gnokii --sendsms +49<snip> 
/usr/bin/gnokii
GNOKII Version 0.4.3
Please enter SMS text. End your input with <cr><control-D>:Send succeeded!
address@hidden/511]:~$ 

This makes parsing the output much harder. Please consider removing
the verbosity:
- only give versino number if especially requested
- don't output "Please enter..." if stdin in is a pipe
