They don't feel so.
Every user who wants to participate can create an account in the wiki
and request "write" permissions. Pawel usually grants this. Suggestions
for changes can be directed to this list, too.
Problem are the lots of spammers on the way, which can create a really
messy wiki which is hard to cleanup.
I assume the other projekts have enough people to cleanup the wiki every
day. The gnokii project has enough people to keep the project running,
but not much more.
