Nokia 6060 with gnokiid

I have Nokia 6060 and ca-45 usb cable, and want to use it as modem to
connect to internet.
When i connect the cable to computer i get the following messages from
kernel:
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using
uhci_hcd and address 2
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usb 1-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usbcore: registered new driver usbserial
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: drivers/usb/serial/usb-serial.c: USB Serial
support registered for generic
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usbcore: registered new driver usbserial_generic
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: drivers/usb/serial/usb-serial.c: USB Serial
Driver core
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: drivers/usb/serial/usb-serial.c: USB Serial
support registered for ark3116
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: ark3116 1-1:1.0: ark3116 converter detected
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usb 1-1: ark3116 converter now attached to
ttyUSB0
Sep 23 02:25:15 harrier kernel: usbcore: registered new driver ark3116
Looks like linux had detected the cable usb-to-serial converter and
loaded required modules.
Next step was to configure gnokii. Here's my config (taken from gnokii
wiki):
[global]
port = /dev/ttyUSB0
model = 6510
connection = dlr3p

Later i tried to use gnokii with that phone (identify, read SMS,
monitoring) and it worked fine.
One interesting thing is that when gnokii operates on /dev/ttyUSB0
kernel gives such message:
Sep 23 02:41:34 harrier kernel: drivers/usb/serial/ark3116.c: can't set
0baud, using 9600 instead

But when i try to use AT commands on /dev/ttyUSB0 (firstly with pppd,
later with kppp) the phone does stay silent. So i decided to try gnokiid
(as root):
# cp /home/yourb/.gnokiirc /etc/gnokiirc
# gnokiid
GNOKIID Version 0.6.14
...and just exits.

My question is: what's the problem? Phone model unsupported(gnokii works
ok)? Or it may be something else?
Note: gprs on the phone is configured and works well with it's built-in
browser.

P.S. I have searched a lot for some useful info about nokia 6060 and
it's AT commands but found nothing:(
