This is unlikely.

Also, in a few days (2 or so), gnumed-client will be in
testing instead of unstable.

However, you can also download the tarball and just drop it
into a directory and run from there:

 http//www.gnumed.de/downloads/client/0.2/GNUmed-client.0.2.6.3.tgz

unpack, run gm-from-cvs.sh.
