A few people have asked for instructions to install a GNUmed server part,
namely database. Well, some time ago Karsten introduced the
script 'dh-install_gnumed_server.sh' This so rocks. Just download the script,
become root and run it. It will install all the packages needed and produce a
current database. Do not run this script if you have a working database
already as it will destroy it (after asking you to confirm). Use the
upgade-db script like this instead: upgrade-db.sh 6 7.
I have used this today to set up a database on a Debian server and an Ubuntu
Feisty vmplayer image without problems.
