So the redo_v2 and upgrade_db stuff is optional now

Inside the original notes http://salaam.homeunix.com/bin/edit/Gnumed/
DatabaseOnGNULinux (which I have begun to modify) it is advised, even
though it is seemingly already taken care of higher up on the page,
that if the PostgreSQL server is listening on some port other than
5432, that the upgrade-db scripts must be edited to take care of
this. Is this no longer true with dh-install_gnumed_server.sh ?
Also although there was no reference on the wiki page to having to
upgrade-db.sh 4 5
upgrade-db.sh 5 6
upgrade-db.sh 6 7
... maybe the page did just not keep up, but it is no longer
necessary to say this of it is now done by dh-install_gnumed_server.sh ?
Also the main subtitle of the page is "V4 database suitable..."
should it be V7?
