The dialog provides "yes, delete it any way" but only after providing an
alternative precautionary suggestion to edit the details first (yes, this is a
good idea too) so click "yes" --> OOPS! the substance is gone. --> I think it
is better to not present two competing ideas in the same dialog or, when that
would be necessary, to put the question immediately before the button.
Can I suggest:
Before deleting, you may rather edit-in an explanation of why it is being
deleted. Edit the entry instead?
click Yes --> goes to Edit
click No --> deletes
if the above is not a good idea, then put first
It may be prudent...
and then the other line as
Skip editing and really delete this substance intake "<value>"? <-- if
a parameter can be passed
