When I use problem list as a past history, I am able to print out all health 
issue but no chronology / the point at which issue occured is printed. This 
gives an erroneous impression that all are active problem. Is there any wayout/ 
placeholder whereby I can print like this 

Diabetes detected 2009 active 
influenza 2010 resolved
