I have tried using these packages in attempt to input hindi fonts for almost 7 
days. But could not get them right. Xelatex made it straight. This experience 
is shared by many on net. We for gnumed do not require complex typesetting. 
Using xelatex will allow direct use of unicode in the current medications list.
