✘New driver: ALLYSTAR

Yo All!

There is a new GNSS receiver driver for gpsd. The ALLYSTAR driver. The
initial code is in git head. With the new code, gpsd will pass on valid
ALLYSTAR binary messages that pass basic validation (checksum, length).

For under $11 you can buy a GPS, BDS, GLO and GAL receiver that works
on L1 and L5, and does PPS. Including a passive L1/L5 antenna. It can
accept RTCM3 corrections for sub-meter accuracy. Works indoors.

The model TAU1202:

Fair warning, Aliexpress is known for shipping bad stuff and not issuing
refunds. Worth the risk for $11.

The part is nothing special, but a gpsd user requested it. The hardware
looks a bit nicer than the u-blox 8-series, but the firmware not even on
par with the u-blox 5-series.

The ALLYSTAR binary protocol is a sloppy copy of the UBX protocol,
changing enough to make it incompatible. Leaving out many important
things. Worse yet my firmware is Version 3.08, but the only
documentation is for 2.6.3.

How does ALLYSTAR expect users to use their parts with no documentation??

Shame, shame.
