Shouldn't troffrc-end use .do for the ".if r ps4html" and
".if !d HTML-"... lines so that troffrc-end works with -C (original
troff compatibility mode)?
troffrc uses .do in similar situations.
If it doesn't every document typeset with -C gets the text
ML-IMAGE-INLINE .ds HTML-IMAGE-INLINE ML-IMAGE .ds
HTML-IMAGE ML-IMAGE-RIGHT .ds HTML-IMAGE-RIGHT ML-IMAGE-LEFT
.ds HTML-IMAGE-LEFT ML-IMAGE-END .ds HTML-IMAGE-END ML-TAG
.ds HTML-TAG ML-DO-IMAGE .ds HTML-DO-IMAGE bogus
added to the beginning.
