Hi Werner,

I'm currently working on improvements to grohtml with respect
to inline images (eqn) and I'm using Lester's paper as a benchmark.
It already looks better but there are a number of silly bugs
outstanding.

I've fixed the right hand cropping of images and grohtml can
incorporate equations within headings and it is rendering
delimitered equations as an image without the sentance around
it etc.

So for example $ 1 over x $ only has `1/x' in a png not the
preceeding words `So for example'.

Hopefully I'll have a number of patches to mail you shortly
after this weekend..
