Yes.  This is the fix AFAIK:

          * lib/autoconf/status.m4 (_AC_SRCPATHS): Handle empty
          ac_top_builddir when setting ac_abs_top_builddir.

I don't know.  For the moment, I use autoconf 2.52, waiting for 2.54.
