[Groff] Web Site Addresses

Hi groffers,

I am currently extending the PDF reference documentation for the `pdfmark' 
macros.

In the section on creating links to internet resources, I propose using the 
groff web site address in my examples.  I note that this site is mirrored at 
`http://groff.ffii.org' and at `http://www.gnu.org/software/groff';  which of 
these is the preferred address to cite in my examples?
