This is a generated file.

My crystal ball is out of order, sorry. Can you provide *exactly* how
you've tried to compile groff? Which groff version are you trying to
compile? Note that you have to execute the `configure' script before
compiling. You should then inspect `config.log' and redirect the
logging output (both stdin and stderr, or rather its equivalents under
Windows or MSDOS) of the compilation into a file so that it can be
analyzed also. If this doesn't give the necessary hints, post the
problematic parts here on the list (and, if necessary, compress large
files).
