[Groff] Problem with mom and multipage table

When I use the mom macros, in a multi page table, the first two lines 
on each output page are printed without vertical spacing, i.e. on top of each 
other.

Is the a fix for this behaviour?

(I also get warnings like these:
 warning: page 45: table text block will not fit on one page
 warning: page 46: table text block will not fit on one page
 warning: page 47: table text block will not fit on one page
 warning: page 48: table text block will not fit on one page
)
