Hi Marisa,

If you switch to A4 paper, then your document will automatically fit
within the page margin's without printing over the page heading on the
second page.

If you want to continue to use US Letter, then, see the documents
attached. The only changes I've made were adding:

.HEADER_MARGIN .25i
.FOOTER_MARGIN .25i

before start

naturally, you might wish to adjust these margins to suit your needs.
