Beautiful!  And I already had so much KDE installed that grabbing it
brought in _zero_ extra dependencies.

The tool I'm remembering didn't look like a wooden ruler as this does.
I have no idea if I'm misremembering an Athena app, or unfairly
forgetting this one.
