Having a problem with $PATH in bash on RedHat. It might be something
simple I'm overlooking...
echoing $PATH looks ok:
(00:25 address@hidden /usr/local/src) # echo $PATH
/usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/bin:/usr/bin
In the example below, rpm can’t find /bin/bash, nor /bin/sh, nor
/usr/bin/perl.
Here’s the diagnostic of a command that fails:
(00:24 address@hidden /usr/local/src) # rpm -ivv
