I programed this tool two years ago maybe you already knew this

With this tool it is possible to generate a list of links 
from an html-file.

Purpose: 
With this list it is possible to create a list for the 
download and therefore there is a possibility to 
manage the list with an editor. With the commando 'grep' 
it is possible to fetch for instance the java-scum.
