Hello,

I am glad to announce the release of LibreJS version 4.9.1.

GNU LibreJS aims to address the JavaScript problem described in the
JavaScript
Trap<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/javascript-trap.html>. LibreJS is a
free add-on for GNU IceCat and other Mozilla-based browsers. It blocks
nonfree nontrivial JavaScript while allowing JavaScript that is free
and/or trivial.

You can find the source package and an installable file for version
4.9.1 in the project page: http://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/

Special thanks go to Brandon Invergo for his contributions on the make
and configure files, and to Mark Burdett from EFF for his bug report.
Mark Burdett has also just released a new Drupal Module that works
with LibreJS and helps webmasters set proper license information for
the JavaScript on their page.
The module is still in development and needs testers. Please it check
out and test it: https://drupal.org/project/librejs

Thanks Mark for this great contribution!

This maintenance release fixes bugs that were present in LibreJS 4.9
and earlier versions:
- Fixed issue with missing third column in JS Web Labels reported
by Mark Burdett from EFF. This bug would lead a page to never render if a
column was missing from the JS Web Labels table.

- New and improved scripts for configure and make have been
provided by Brandon Invergo, Maintainer of GNU SRC.

- Now ignoring the fragment part from the canonical URL of
licenses. This issue was reported by Nicolas Cesar with the
  XFree86 URL.

- More than one canonical URL can now be added to the license
definitions, as it is now the case with the XFree86 license that
  links to both http://www.xfree86.org/3.3.6/COPYRIGHT2.html#3 and
the new url http://www.xfree86.org/current/LICENSE4.html that is
  now commonly used.
