Hi all,

I just rolled out a new release of ipqbdb.  Main changes are as follows:

ibd-parse:
    added optional IPv6 prefix in the <HOST> replacement, so as to
        catch IPv4-mapped or -compatible address,
    tweak log line adding descr for changes,
    add elapsed time in summary line,
    added man page.

INSTALL:
    simplified the section on testing ibd-judge with iptables.

ibd-del:
    added option --ls-simple for simple output.

ibd-judge:
    fix repetition bug #56447
    get old_mark for existing mark (n.u.),
    use nfq_set_verdict2(),
    unsigned payload,
    fix various TRACEs.

ibd-config:
    add IPQBDB_INITIAL_COUNT (5), which was previously
        hardcoded in ibd-{ban,parse}.


Miscellaneous fixes for compiling and documentations.
New man pages for ibd-judge and ibd-parse.
